"My kids basically refused to leave"
The exhibits were really hands-on, which was great because my kids stayed busy the whole time. i blame them for making us spend way longer there than planned because they kept wanting to try everything.

"Fun for the kids, but I left a little annoyed"
We took our kids to Discovery Cube and at first I was like, okay, this is actually cool. Some of the exhibits were really fun, especially the hands-on ones, and the kids stayed busy for a good while. Then out of nowhere my mood kind of shifted because we started noticing a bunch of areas that felt worn out, and a few things weren’t even working. Like, come on, that’s disappointing when you’re paying to be there. It was also really crowded, which made it harder to enjoy. The staff we talked to were nice enough, and buying tickets on the website was easy, so I’ll give them that. I might go back someday, but I’m definitely not rushing to plan another visit.

"Easy Parking Made It Better"
The parking was easy, and that kind of made the whole place feel better to me. I didn’t have to drive around forever or get annoyed before even going in, so I’d say it was a good experience.

"Easy Parking"
Parking was actually really easy, which was a nice surprise. I didn’t have to circle around or stress about finding a spot

"Customer service was actually really helpful"
I had a question about my ticket and they got back to me quickly. I might be a little biased because I really appreciate when support doesn’t make things complicated, but the staff were genuinely nice and easy to deal with. Overall, I’m happy with the experience

"Kids Enjoyed It, But Service Needs Attention"
The kids did have a fun time, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the staff seemed really rushed and a bit overwhelmed, which made the whole experience feel less welcoming than it should have. I ended up bringing it up because it felt like something management should be aware of, especially if they’re busy and understaffed. Hopefully they can sort it out, because the place has potential.

"Easy Fun Day With the Kids"
Took my kids here over the weekend they stayed busy the whole time. The science games and little challenges had them moving around a bunch, not just standing there staring at things. Some spots were kinda crowded, yeah, but the hands-on stuff made it worth it. My youngest would not stop talking about the rocket thing after we left. Just a really easy, fun day

"I used discoverycube.org to check the hours…"
I used discoverycube.org to check the hours and buy tickets, it was easy. The menu made sense, and I found the events without having to click around a bunch, which is really all you want from a site like this. Checkout worked fine on my phone too, which I always kind of worry about. The pages loaded quickly, and the info was clear without overcomplicating things. Overall, a good experience

"Easy ticket booking, no hassle"
I booked our tickets on discoverycube it was way easier than I expected. The dates and times were right there, checkout was simple, and then—oh, I got the confirmation email almost immediately too. No calling anyone, no weird confusing steps, just picked what we needed and we were done. When we got to the door, everything scanned without any issues. Super smooth overall.

"We went to Discovery Cube for one of..."
We went to Discovery Cube for one of their special events, my kids had such a good time. It was definitely busy, but still organized, and the staff were friendly whenever we had questions.
I really liked that the activities were hands-on, instead of just standing around watching things. My youngest, seriously, did not want to leave, so we’ll probably start checking their event calendar a lot more often now...

"Fun, but packed"
We had fun overall. Lots going on. Really crowded though. Hard to move around at times. For toddlers, it felt a bit limited. A few cute things, but not enough to keep them busy for long.

"Pretty worth it for our family"
We ended up getting the family membership this year, and for us it’s been worth it so far. We’ve already gone a handful of times, and it’s nice not having to think about buying tickets every visit. The kids always manage to find something they’re excited about, which makes it easy to justify going back. I do think some areas could use a refresh more often, but depending on how often you go, the price still makes sense.

"Fun for a bit, but the food situation was disappointing"
Discovery Cube was decent at first, and the kids had some fun checking things out. i was like, okay, this isn’t bad. But then we got hungry and wow, my mood changed fast. The food options were super basic, the drinks felt overpriced, and there really wasn’t much for picky kids. We ended up cutting the visit short and leaving to grab food somewhere else.

"Fun Day, Even If the Parking Felt Suspicious"
Took my kids there on a Saturday they had a great time. All the hands-on exhibits kept them busy way longer than I expected, and afterward they were actually asking questions like tiny scientists, which made me wonder what kind of secret brain-boosting operation they’re running in there. It did get crowded, and the parking situation felt like it was designed by someone who wanted to test our patience, but overall it was a really fun learning day

"My Kids Actually Remembered What They Learned"
I was surprised by how easy it was to follow. I remember sitting there watching my kids get into it, and that little moment stuck with me because they weren’t just going through the motions, they were actually learning and talking about it afterward. It felt really good to see.

"Pretty easy visit with the kids"
I went with my kids and the restrooms were there when we needed them, which was a big help. A couple of spots had a short wait, but they were just easy enough to find and generally clean enough. Overall, it was a good visit.

"Decent family visit, but accessibility could use some work"
I went to Discovery Cube with my family, and overall it was a decent visit. Getting around the main areas with a wheelchair was mostly manageable, and the staff were friendly when we needed help. A couple of them basically said things like, “Let us know where you’re trying to go and we’ll point you the easiest way,” which I appreciated.

That said, some of the exhibits felt tight, especially when it got crowded, so it wasn’t always easy to actually enjoy or use everything. The elevator and accessible route signs could also be clearer. At one point it felt like we were guessing where to go, even though staff would help if we asked.

I wouldn’t call it a bad experience, just kind of mixed. I’d probably go again because my family still had a good time, but I do hope they improve some of the smaller accessibility details. Those little things can make a big difference for guests who need accommodations

"Great Weekday Visit with Kids"
We went on a weekday and it was a really chill experience. It wasn’t crowded at all, so the kids were able to try different things without having to wait around much. If you’re local or planning a visit, I’d definitely recommend going during the week if you can. It made the whole outing feel much more relaxed and enjoyable.
